simololaPoapoeletso

Starts the tshwantsha loop again after emisaPoapoeletso has halted it.

When the loop has been halted with emisaPoapoeletso, simololaPoapoeletso puts it back to work: p5.js starts calling tshwantsha about 60 times per second again. Calling it while the loop is already running changes nothing. Use boemoJwaPoapoeletso to check whether the loop is running.
