A `tlhotlha` value: take the colour out, leaving greys.

tlhotlha(BOPUTSWA)

Every dot becomes a grey of the same brightness. Measured: a red dot [255, 0, 0] becomes [54, 54, 54] — not [85, 85, 85], because it follows how the eye sees, and green looks brighter than red.

boputswa is a colour noun like bohibidu (red) and botala.
