bopaSetshwantshoSaHTML(URL, tlhaloso, [CORS], [faSeTlile])Returns a native element wrapper. Use the receiver helpers to read or update it. Creates a page image, not a canvas image or canvas image. External image hosts are allowed; pixel access still follows browser CORS rules.
