A value that says the size numbers are **halves**, not the full width and height.

SERIPAGARE

The first two numbers stay the middle, as in BOGARE. What changes is the next two: under SERIPAGARE they are half the width and half the height.

So thalaSelee(200, 200, 40, 60) draws an ellipse 80 wide and 120 tall.

It helps when you are thinking in terms of the distance from the middle out to the edge — as when you know how far from the centre a circle should reach.
