paloYaUra
→ hour()Returns the hour on the computer's clock, from 0 to 23.
paloYaUra()It counts 24 hours, not 12: midnight is 0, midday is 12, and nine in the evening is 21. For a 12-hour clock, use paloYaUra() % 12.
It uses the reader’s local time.
Ura is a loanword, and it is written in Setswana. The form oura is also in use; both are found in the language.
