Starts the `tshwantsha` loop again after `emisaPoapoeletso` has halted it.

simololaPoapoeletso()

When the loop has been halted with emisaPoapoeletso, simololaPoapoeletso puts it back to work: Bopa starts calling tshwantsha about 60 times per second again. Calling it while the loop is already running changes nothing. Use boemoJwaPoapoeletso to check whether the loop is running.
