bolengJwaElemente

Reads or sets an element value.

bolengJwaElemente(elemente, [boleng])

No value argument reads; a value sets and returns the wrapper. Range/number inputs read as numbers; ordinary inputs and radio read as strings. Radio value is getter-only: set its selection with tlhophoYaElemente.
