Declare pebaEGolotswe as a function with tiro, and Bopa will call it when a mouse button is released after having been pressed.

It is one of three that run in a fixed order: pebaETobeditswe as the button goes down, pebaEGolotswe as it comes back up, and pebaEKonyilwe immediately after that.

On a phone, a finger does the mouse’s job. pebaEGolotswe runs when a finger leaves the screen.
