SEFAPAANO

→ CROSS

A cursor shaped like a cross.

SEFAPAANO

You hand it to khesara. It is the one used when the reader has to pick an exact point — drawing, measuring, or choosing a colour.

sefapaano comes from fapaana — to cross, to pass one another. That is why it means a thing that crosses, not only a religious cross.

Two spellings of the word are in circulation: sefapaano and sefapano. Bopa takes sefapaano, the more heavily written one.
