Creates a file input.

bopaTsenyoYaFaele(faeleETlile, [dintsi])

Opens the browser file picker. The callback receives one file wrapper per chosen file, after reading it. The optional boolean permits multiple files. Selection alone does not upload anything.

Parameters

`faeleETlile`	`tiro`	Callback receiving each file wrapper.
`dintsi` (optional)	`boammaaruri`	Allow multiple file selection.
