SEATLA

→ HAND

A cursor shaped like a pointing hand.

SEATLA

You hand it to khesara. On the web a hand means exactly one thing: this can be clicked. Using it on something that does nothing misleads your reader.

seatla is a person’s hand. It is a very ordinary Setswana word, and no source anywhere writes the cursor shape itself, so the name takes the shape rather than the job.
