Creates a colour picker.

bopaTlhophoYaMmala([mmala])

Returns a native element wrapper. Use the receiver helpers to read or update it. dirisaMoGo(picker, bopaMmala) returns a colour. Set the CSS value with bolengJwaElemente(picker, “#238b9c”).
